How Returns Work

✔ You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
✔ To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its packaging.
✔ To start a return, email us at info@airflow.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@airflow.com immediately so we can make it right.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Refunds
